Mr. Babajide Koku, SAN is well renowned for his expertise in maritime law and complex litigation matters, a number of which have been finally determined by the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Mr. Koku, SAN also has a wealth of experience in advising on domestic & international trade, banking and securities, economic and financial crimes, asset acquisitions and divestments, and other commercial corporate matters.

Mr. Koku, SAN has served as Chairman of the Maritime Committee – Section on Business Law, Nigerian Bar Association; Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association Disciplinary Committee Panel ‘B”, Lagos; Chairman of the NBA’s Section on Legal Practice and as a member of the Legal Practitioners Privileges Committee.
